Pricing
In-Home Cooking
All in-home personal chef services are charged by the hour, plus the cost of groceries. Hourly charges include: menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning. I also charge a flat $25 fee if I need to travel more than 20 miles. I believe in transparent pricing, so there are no surprises. You'll only pay for the ingredients, and my time!
My hourly rate is $65 per hour.
Private Events
I charge starting at $75 per person all-in, which includes menu creation, groceries, my time, set up and clean up. This can go up depending on what we select for the customized menu for your event. Private events are up to 10 people.
I do most of my shopping at Whole Foods, Farmers Markets (when available), local farms and butchers, specialty cuisine grocery stores and Costco for bulk items. In the farmer's market off season, I order all my personal meats and vegetables online from local farms. I am happy to do the same for you if requested!
I do not upcharge for dietary restrictions - no one should have to pay more because they can't eat something! I am very familiar with a number of dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan. gluten free, low sodium. I can accommodate almost anything, and we will discuss all your needs in our consultation.
